摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current flaw detection method, an eddy current flaw detection probe and an eddy current flaw detection device heightening detection ability of an internal flaw of a friction stir welding portion. SOLUTION: In the eddy current flaw detection method for inspecting the friction stir welding portion 2 of a specimen by using the eddy current flaw detection probe 3, the eddy current flaw detection probe 3 has a pair of excitation coils 10A, 10B in which each mutually-reverse current flows, and a detection coil 11 arranged between the excitation coils 10A, 10B. The excitation coils 10A, 10B are arranged so that a coil axial direction is approximately vertical to an inspection surface of the specimen, and is separated mutually in the welding line length direction of the friction stir welding portion 2, and the detection coil 11 is arranged so that the coil axial direction is approximately parallel to the inspection surface of the specimen, and is approximately vertical to the welding line length direction of the friction stir welding portion 2.
