PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an array substrate for a reflective liquid crystal display device is to increase a yield of the device by forming an unevenness of a reflective plate through one formation process. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(1) having a thin film transistor is provided. A metal is deposited on an entire surface of the substrate using a shadow mask(200). The shadow mask has a plurality of holes(210) formed on the substrate. The metal is patterned to form a reflective plate(240) contacted with the thin film transistor. The holes contained in the shadow mask are extended to one direction of the shadow mask. Before depositing the metal, an insulating layer is deposited on the thin film transistor. Since the metal for the reflective plate is formed using the shadow mask, it is possible to obtain the reflective plate having unevenness.
