<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus with which a supply unit is accurately positioned to frames. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of sheet-metal frames 100L, 100R is connected to each other via a flanged pipe 200. Front end of the pair of sheet-metal frames are formed with U-shaped grooves 106, 107, respectively, cut out from the front to the rear by punching. The right and left side faces of a paper supply unit 50 are formed with bosses 61, 62 cylindrically protruding outward in the right and left directions so as to be respectively engaged with the grooves 106, 107, respectively. Screws are screwed into screw holes 104 via screw holes 57L, 57R, respectively, so that the bosses 61, 62 are surely engaged with the grooves 106, 107, thereby accurately positioning the paper supply unit 50 to the sheet-metal frames 100L, 100R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
