METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE SHEET WITH HYDROPHILIC PROPERTY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative sheet with hydrophilic property through corona discharge treatment, improving durability of hydrophilic property compared with a conventional one.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the decorative sheet with hydrophilic property includes: (1) a process 1 for laminating one or more layers on the surface of a base material sheet made of thermoplastic resin so that the outermost surface layer is a resin layer; and (2) a process 2 for heat-treating a laminate obtained in the process 1 and further carrying out corona discharge treatment to the outermost surface layer; and carrying out heat treatment and corona discharge treatment in the process 2 in an in-line mode.
