PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent member players from suffering from a loss due to disconnection from a management device. SOLUTION: The game device 3 corresponds to a game machine 2 one to one, counts acquired balls acquired in the game machine, puts out some of the counted acquired balls, can communicate with the game medium counter 4 connected with the management device 150 managing members' balls on hand, and dispenses game mediums by using game values specified from the accepted game recording mediums. When the game medium counter 4 is disconnected from the management device 150, the game device returns members' recording mediums in the process of acceptance and issues ordinary recording mediums which record the numbers of balls on hand which are based on counting in the game medium counter 4.
