<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which has improved humidity conditioning property, does not change in height largely over time, and has high sensation of coolness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The upper and lower sides of the pillow are partitioned into first and second bag spaces S1 and S2, and the first bag space S1 is filled with crushed charcoal 11, and the second bag space S1 is filled with spherical silica gel 21. The mean particle size Ca of the crushed charcoal is set to be 3.0-20 mm, the mean particle size Sa of the silica gel is set to be 3.0-10 mm, and the volume ratio of crushed charcoal 11 to the spherical silica gel 21 is set to be 3:7-7:3.
