<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for warming water in a farm, excellent in transportability, storage properties and handling properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The device for warming water in a farm includes a dome forming plate 2 made of a transparent resin plate member which becomes an elastic curved form from a flat form when holding back from the right and left to the inside, a fresnel lens group 3 which is formed on the dome forming plate, a first bottom plate 4 which is set in a hinge form on the right side of the dome forming plate 2, and a second bottom plate 5 which is set in a hinge form on the left side.
