PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve compactness of the whole facility, and simplify operation thereof. SOLUTION: For solving the problem, a continuous strip of sheet base material 12Z is carried in the continuity direction, while a liquid-impermeable sheet 11, an absorbent member 56, and a top sheet 30 are laminated in this order in the middle of the CD direction to form an inner member part 201 forward and backward along the MD direction. The inner member part 201 is separated from a part to be an abdominal side outer sheet 12F on one side of the CD direction and a part of a back side outer sheet 12B on the other side of the CD direction.
