PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device having a heat-exchange function so that a heat exchange body in a fluid pump is passed through the direction of a fluid periodically force-fed in normal and reverse directions. SOLUTION: The heat exchange device is adapted to pump fluid which naturally shows a fixed flow direction and periodically change the flow direction thereof by setting a two-way fluid pump having one flow passage for periodically force-feeding the fluid in normal and reverse directions and having at one end a fluid function for force-feeding the fluid in normal and reverse directions, thereby controlling a pumping device 123 and a direction change control device 250 for periodically changing the fluid direction in the pumping device 123.
