<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein it is difficult for an operator to implement a measurement using a conventional tester, without reading an operation manual of the tester, and enable the operator of a measurement apparatus to adjust a device to be tested, without having to refer to the operation manual of the measurement apparatus and measure the device to be tested. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The measurement apparatus 11 comprises a display means for displaying an adjustment procedure corresponding to an adjustment item of an electronic device; a measuring means for measuring the output signal output from the electronic device; a determining means for determining the quality of a measurement value measured by the measuring means; and a ringing tone generating means.
