PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet composed of a plant-derived raw material and excelling in adhesion of printing ink, a coating agent, or the like. SOLUTION: A sheet formed by providing low crystalline or amorphous polylactic resin layers 2, 3 directly on one face or both faces of a film 1 formed of crystalline polylactic resin, uniaxially or biaxially oriented is used as a base material sheet 4. The polylactic resin is formed by blocking its end carboxyl group using at least one kind of compound selected from an epoxy compound, an oxazoline compound, an oxazin compound, a carbodiimide compound and an isocyanate compound.
