PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof-plate mounting structure adopted to mount a fireproof plate on the surface of a structure, such as, a tunnel and capable of increasing fireproofness while increasing working efficiency and cost benefit, when the fireproof plate is to be mounted. SOLUTION: In this fireproof-plate mounting structure, the fireproof plate 3 is mounted on the surface of the structure (such as, the steel shell 1a of a steel shell tunnel), by inserting through-bolts 2 in the through-holes 3a formed in the fireproof plate 3. The through-holes 3a of the fireproof plate 3 are formed into a cylindrical shape, having a diameter at least twice or more of the diameter of the through-bolts 2, A ring-shaped fireproof blanket 8, with a predetermined thickness, is suitable for the through-bolts 2. The peripheral edge part of the fireproof blanket 8 is interposed between the structure and the fireproof plate 3.
