PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recognition device, voice recognition program, reception device and reception program, recognizing the speech of a visitor with high accuracy. SOLUTION: When the visitor is detected, voice for asking questions about a visitor name and a name of a person in charge from the reception device is output (S102). The visitor's answer to the questions is carried out voice recognition with reference to a multipurpose dictionary showing a correspondence between words belonging to a plurality of categories and information about their pronunciations and a reservation dictionary created based on the reservation information about reservation of visitors previously stored in a reservation database. The final result determined based on the recognition result of the multipurpose dictionary and the recognition result of the reservation dictionary is obtained (S104). When the final result shows recognition failure (S105: YES), re-speech is urged to the visitor (S106), and when the recognition is successful (S105: NO), a name of a person in charge included in the final result is specified (S120), and the informing processing to the person in charge is conducted (S133).
