<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground connection structure that reduces the number of components by a simple structure, can be fixed reliably, reduces manufacturing processes, facilitates manufacture, and can reduce costs. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The ground connection structure includes: a casing to which a pair of upper and lower chassis 10, 20 is fitted; a printed-circuit board 22 fixed to the lower chassis 20 by packaging a shield case 24 where electronic components have been finished interiorly; and a lead plate 12 that is fixed to the upper chassis 10, is elastic, and is in press contact with the electronic components 24 in fitting for ground connection. Then, the lead plate 12 integrates a contact section 12a in press contact with the electronic components 24, a fixation section 12b that is orthogonal to the extension direction of the contact section 12a, is extended to the edge, and fixes the upper chassis 10, and a holding section 12c for extending a U-shaped rib vertically from the rear end in the insertion direction of the fixation section 12b and from both the sides, allows the holding section 12c to be gripped for insertion into the upper chassis 10, and brings the holding section 12c closer to internal components 26 in the casing.
