<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition usable as a starting material for rigid polyurethane foam excellent in flame retardancy, and rigid polyurethane foam obtained by mixing the polyol composition and a polyisocyanate component and carrying out foam formation. <P>SOLUTION: In the polyol composition for rigid polyurethane foam, when the total amount of polyol compounds is considered to be 100 pts.wt., 55-80 pts.wt. of an aromatic polyester polyol is contained as a polyol compound; 3-15 pts.wt. of at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene glycol derivative whose molecular weight is 100-400, propylene carbonate, ε-caprolactone and γ-butyrolactone is contained as a water-soluble organic solvent; a trimerization catalyst is contained as a catalyst; 3-15 pts.wt. of an organic phosphoric ester-based flame retardant is contained as a flame retardant; and pentanes and water are contained as a blowing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
