PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC processing machine in which the risk of the interference of a chip cutter with a cutting tool or a workpiece during processing is eliminated, and in addition, the equipment cost is kept low. SOLUTION: The NC processing machine includes a tool rest 23 movable in a Z-axis and X-axis directions, a turret 24 supported so as to be turnable around a T-axis on the tool rest 23, a plurality of tool holders 25 mounted on an outer peripheral surface of the turret 24, chip treating members 101, 105, 106, and 107 disposed so as to advance and retract with respect to a processing position within a traveling route of the cutting tool which is accompanied by the movement of at least either of the X-axis or Z-axis direction of the tool rest 23.
