<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light condensing heat accumulator capable of effectively utilizing sunlight shining upon the device, and capable of efficiently carrying out light condensing thermal storage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light condensing heat accumulator 1 condensing sunlight L on a photoreception panel 3 and storing heat in a medium in the photoreception panel, is equipped with a base 2, the photoreception panel 3 provided on the base 2, first reflectors 4, 5, 6, 7 disposed on the outside of the photoreception panel, and second reflectors 8, 9, 10, 11 disposed in an upper space of the base. The sunlight L is received with the photoreceptor panel 3 from a vertical direction with respect to the photoreceptor panel 3 without being shielded with the second reflectors 8, 9, 10, 11, the sunlight L shining on the outside of the photoreceptor panel 3 is reflected on the first reflectors 4, 5, 6, 7 and the second reflectors 8, 9, 10, 11, and the reflected light is received with the photoreceptor panel 3.
