PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing emulsion fuel oil is provided to minimize a loss of vaporization latent heat while burning in the inside of a combustion chamber by a combination of the necessary number of water molecule, and to induce a perfect combustion of emulsion oil. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing emulsion fuel oil comprises the following steps: heating fuel at a temperature under 150 deg C using a heater(12); heating water to a temperature over 100 deg C using an evaporator(22); mixing the fuel and steam generated from the water heating process in a mixer(30); passing the mixed emulsion oil through a pressurizing unit(31) to increase the pressure; secondly mixing the emulsion oil using a second mixer(32); cooling the emulsion oil using a cooler(33); and decompressing the emulsion oil with a decompressor(34). |
