PORTABLE TERMINAL AND TAX ACCOUNT ISSUANCE/APPROVAL METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A portable terminal and a tax bill publication/approving method for issuing an electronic tax invoice are provided to issue an electronic bill at low cost by using a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: An electronic bill issuer(122) issues a tax bill in consideration of the manipulating result of a portable terminal(100). An electronic bill approver(142) recognizes the tax bill given from the outside of the portable terminal in consideration of the result of the portable terminal. A mobile server for mobile effects an inspection of evidence publication and approval subject of the tax bill. In case the issued tax bill passes through verification, the server for mobile transmits the issued tax bill to the portable terminal which the billing part designates.
