FIELD: physics; communication. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication method in a communication system in which the frequency band allocated for a set of subcarriers is used for communication. Messages are sent between a first radio station (AP) and a second radio station (RN2, MS) through radio communication through several repeater sections between corresponding neighbouring radio stations (AP, RN1, RN2, MS). According to the invention, a subset of subcarriers is used for each repeater section and the composition of at least one of the used subsets is varies with time.
