PURPOSE: A transmitting/receiving system and a method of processing broadcast signal in transmitting/receiving system is provided to receive a mobile service data without an error and a channel with lots of ghosts and noises. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting/receiving system comprises the following: a turbo decoder(2111) performing a turbo decoding regarding a signaling data among a channel-equalized data groups; a demultiplexer(2113) sectioning a data of a transmission parameter channel, and a fast information channel from the signaling data decoded with the turbo decoder; a RS decoder(2114) correcting an error occurred in the data of the transmission parameter channel; a block deinterleaver(2115) performing a block deinterleaving regarding the data of the fast information channel; and another RS decoder(2116) correcting an error occurred in the data of the fast information channel.
