PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding hose having a stable shape not including a wrinkle, a crack or the like in a resin layer of an innermost surface or particularly a refrigerant transporting molding hose at a low cost and the molding hose manufactured by this method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the molding hose having a resin layer arranged on an inner peripheral surface of an inner surface rubber layer in the hose having the inner surface rubber layer, one or more reinforcing layers and an outer surface rubber layer comprises (I) a step of extruding and coating an outer peripheral surface of an elastic mandrel with the resin layer, (II) a step of extruding and coating the outer peripheral surface of the resin layer superposed with the inner surface rubber layer, (III) a step of winding one or more reinforcing layers on the outer peripheral surface of the inner surface rubber layer, (IV) a step of extruding and coating the outer peripheral surface of the reinforcing layer with the outer surface rubber layer, (V) a step of first vulcanizing an unvulcanized hose to be semi-vulcanized, (VI) a step of cutting the hose together with the elastic mandrel in a predetermined length, (VII) a step of finally vulcanizing the semi-vulcanized hose by second vulcanizing after shaping the semivulcanized hose in a predetermined shape, and (VIII) a step of drawing the mandrel from the finally vulcanize hose. In this case, the vulcanizing temperature of the first vulcanizing is lower than the vulcanizing temperature of the second vulcanizing. |
