PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube plate is provided to improve dispersion effects of a carbon nanotube by adding ultrasonic waves in carbon nanotube liquid, and to facilitate surface treatment of the carbon nanotube. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a carbon nanotube plate comprises the following steps: mixing a carbon nanotube in mixed liquid of nitric acid and sulfuric acid; surface-treating the carbon nanotube by irradiating microwaves in the carbon nanotube; dispersing the carbon nanotube by adding ultrasonic waves in carbon nanotube liquid; filtering the carbon nanotube liquid; drying the carbon nanotube; irradiating the microwaves in the carbon nanotube liquid; cooling the carbon nanotube liquid for 5 minutes(402); and repeating an irradiation and a cooling processes of the microwave over 3 times(404).
