FIELD: physics; computer engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to internal presentation of user interface elements. The technical result is achieved due to that, the method for automatic generation of subelements of the user interface composite element uses a repeater to generate units which represent user interface elements into hierarchical presentation o the user interface composite element. The said repeater is associated with a data source. Said units which represent user interface elements are generated using the said repeater using content of the said data source. The said repeater is indicated as optionally displayed in simplified form of the said hierarchical presentation of the user interface composite element, and the said repeater which is indicated as optionally displayed in simplified form is not displayed in the said simplified form. ^ EFFECT: provision for simplified form of user interface. ^ 31 dwg
