PURPOSE: A balance weight for a bicycle and the bicycle including thereof are provided to offer a massage effect on sore muscles, and to control a level of an exercise by adjusting the number of weights combined to wheels of the bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A balance weight for a bicycle(200) comprises: a body unit(210) in a cylindrical shape to correspond the curved surface of a bicycle wheel; and a coupling groove(220) to combine with the wheel from the inside of the body unit. Materials for the balance weight are a metal with a high abrasion resistance, a rubber with a high specific gravity, or a plastic with a high specific gravity. The balance weight for the bicycle includes the balance weight on one circumferential side of the front wheel or the back wheel.
