FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for mixing of wood particles with binder comprises cylindrical body with loading and unloading windows, driving shaft arranged as hollow, accessories for mixing, in the form of blades and drive. Hollow shaft of device is installed on bearing units. One of shaft free ends by means of coupling is connected to power train, and the other one - via adapter to pneumatic installation. On hollow shaft, inside device casing, there are hollow blades rigidly fixed with heads, internal space of which communicates via holes to internal cavity of shaft. Between hollow blades on bearings on shaft there are box-frame blades installed, which are rigidly mounted to each other by means of planks along generatrices and joined to power train with the possibility of contrarotation by means of gear set. ^ EFFECT: invention will make it possible to improve quality of mixing. ^ 2 dwg |
