PURPOSE: A ring cover implementation method for steering wheel is provided, which enables to manufacture a steering wheel and a ring cover separately and prevent the failure rate generation of the steering wheel in initial stage. CONSTITUTION: A ring cover implementation method for steering wheel is constituted as follows. A ring cover is formed in the ring(1) circumference of the steering wheel. The upper and lower ring covers(11a,11b) are made of EPP material. The lower cover is integrally formed in the ring of the steering wheel by foaming/molding. After the upper cover being produced separately, upper cover is assembled on the upper part of the ring of the steering wheel and is attached and fixed to the lower cover by an adhesive.
