PURPOSE: A Zigbee system and a formation method of a Zigbee network are provided to reduce data transmission amount and signal processing amount when multiple Zigbee devices transceive scan request messages or scan response messages. CONSTITUTION: A predetermined Zigbee device broadcasts a scan request message. If a scan response message is received, the Zigbee device selects a router or a coordinator of which reception signal strength is decided to be the strongest in order to configure a Zigbee network. An RFD(Reduced Function Device)(E) receives the scan request message in a broadcast transmission distance. If a scan response message is received, the RFD selects a router or a coordinator of which reception signal strength is decided to be the strongest in order to configure a Zigbee network.
