PURPOSE: A food garbage disposal apparatus with an improved structure is provided, which can prevent generation of smell and worm etc. CONSTITUTION: A food garbage disposal apparatus with an improved structure comprises a sink bowl(210), a processor cask(220), an exhaust pipe, a heater(224), a screw(226), and a vent(250). The food waste is put in the sink bowl. The processor cask is connected to the lower part of the sink bowl and receives the food waste from the sink bowl. The exhaust pipe exhausts the bad smell within the processor cask. The heater is installed within the processing cylinder and dries the food waste. The screw is installed within the processing cylinder and shatters and transfers the food waste. The vent is installed in the bottom of the processor cask and discharges the food waste transferred to the screw.
