PURPOSE: A striker manufacturing device for a vehicle is provided to improve the quality stability by inspecting faults by detecting the location of a fixed hole of a plate and the height of the both ends of a hook using an inspection unit. CONSTITUTION: A striker manufacturing device for a vehicle comprises a hook or plate rail unit(11,21), a temporarily assembling unit(30), a riveting unit(50), a feed port(40), a striker exhausting unit(70). The hook or plate rail unit respectively transfer paths of a plate(120) and a arranged hook(110) which are arranged by first and second parts feeders(10,20). The temporarily assembling unit forms a temporarily assembled product when the hook passes through a combining hole of the plate. The riveting unit produces a striker(100) by riveting the both ends of the hook. The feed port successively supplies the pre-assembled product to the type of the riveting unit. The striker exhausting unit discharges the striker through a striker rail unit(60). |
