摘要 PURPOSE: A relay structure which improves the flow of current is provided to improve the conductivity and resistivity by improving the contact point route of a current portion of a relay. CONSTITUTION: A relay structure which improves the flow of current comprises a terminal plate(101), a bobbin(102), a common terminal(103), a coil terminal(104), a fixed contact point terminal(105), a moving iron(107) and a leaf spring(108). The terminal plate is made of the non-conductive material of the synthetic resin system cask. The terminal plate supports the parts of the relay which is inside a square frame. The bobbin is united in the terminal plate. The bobbin is unified with the coil terminal and an iron core(106a). The bobbin is made of the synthetic resin of the non-conductive in which a winding part which winds a yoke(106b) and an excitation coil(111). The common terminal is inserted into the terminal plate. The common terminal supports the leaf spring in order to constitute the electric circuit of relay. The common terminal forms the pressure of the contact point by the elasticity and magnetic force of the leaf spring. The coil terminal is assembled in the bobbin. The coil terminal connects the excitation coil and the element resistance. The excitation coil constitutes the magnetic circuit of the relay.
