NOVEL CINNAMOYL PEPTIDE DERIVATIVE HAVING 4-HYDROXY SUBSTITUENT, METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME AND COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing a cinnamoyl peptide derivative is provided to ensure a sedative effect by anti-oxidation and anti-inflammation and to relieve and prevent irritations such as inflammation and erythema. CONSTITUTION: A cinnamoyl peptide derivative with a 4-hydroxy substitution group is denoted by chemical formula I. A method for preparing the cinnamoyl peptide derivative comprises: a step of preparing a NH2-protected-peptide-resin; a step of reacting the NH2-protected-peptide-resin with a cinnamic acid derivative having a 4-hydroxy group of chemical formula II to obtain a compound of chemical formula III; and a step of removing a protection group and resin from the compound of chemical formula III. A cosmetic composition having an effect of relieving skin irritation contains the cinnamoyl peptide derivative as an active ingredient.
