<p>PURPOSE: A method for controlling the porosity of metal paste for a pressure-free low temperature sintering process is provided to produce extremely strong layers which have elasticity to keep fixed temperature and processing pressure in a compression process. CONSTITUTION: Metal paste comprises metal powder of 70~90 weight%, metal compound of 1~20 weight%, and solvent of 5~20 weight%. The metal paste can be thermally compressed in order to form a metal contact. The metal paste contain the solvent of 11~20 weight% whose boiling range is 220°C or greater. The metal paste can be thermally compresses without oxygenation and forms a metal contact.</p> |
