The device (1) has a fixing element (3) with a holder (4) for a marking equipment. A spring is formed for contacting with a stopper for exerting a force between the stopper and the fixing element in the direction of the bone. The bone facing side of the fixing element has a support plate. A spike (7) is provided at the bone facing side of the fixing element. An independent claim is included for a fastening system with a screw.
