A vehicle for servicing aircraft comprises a fresh water tank 12 a water-purifying liquid tank 13 and associated pumping equipment, the pump outlet being connected to a flexible hose 32 terminating in a coupling 31. The coupling 31 is secured to a vertically movable platform 30 which carries an operator up to a filling coupling inlet on the aircraft, a control board in the platform enabling the operator to control the pumping and other equipment. A similar vehicle may be equipped with tanks and large diameter hoses for sewage collection purposes. |
