PURPOSE: A mixing screw including a plurality of rotating vanes and a drying furnace with a mixing screw are provided to easily transfer food waste and to maximize food waste transfer efficiency by overlapping the rotating vanes. CONSTITUTION: A mixing screw(120) of a drying furnace for processing food waste comprises: a rotary shaft(122); and rotating vanes(125) which are independently installed on the rotary shaft. The rotating vanes, which are contiguous with other rotating vanes, are arranged to be overlapped. The rotating vanes comprises: a first rotating vane(126) which is installed on one side of the rotary shaft; a second rotating vane(128) installed on the other side of the rotary shaft; and a third rotating vane(127) which is arranged between the first rotating vane and the second rotating vane.
