PURPOSE: A double reverse direction propeller is provided to produce the opposite flow of the fluid by manufacturing the plane of a propeller in an opposite direction or the twisting of the propeller in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION: A double reverse direction propeller comprises a central part(B) and an edge(A). The propeller direction of the central part and the propeller direction of the edge are formed in the opposite direction. The twisting of the propeller of the central part and the edge are formed in the opposite direction. The direction of the wind is formed in the opposite direction using one rotor.
