PURPOSE: A flat panel attaching device and a method thereof are provided to press a first and a second flat panel with suitable pressure in order to enable ultraviolet curable solvent to be hardened without passing between the first flat panel and the second flat panel. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel attaching device includes a base frame(110), a stage(120), a second flat panel providing unit(130), an ultraviolet curable solvent spreading unit, an ultraviolet irradiation housing(150), a stage horizontal moving cylinder(160), a stage elevating unit(180), and an ultraviolet irradiation unit(190). The stage is movably installed on the base frame and a first flat panel is settled on the upper part of the stage. The second flat panel providing unit provides a second flat panel(2) to the upper side of a first flat panel for attachment with a first flat panel. An ultraviolet curable solvent spreading unit spreads ultraviolet curable solvent(3) to whole or partial plane of one among the first flat panel and the second flat panel. A space unit(150a) is formed and a transparent glass(155) is fixed in the ultraviolet irradiation housing. The stage horizontal moving cylinder is installed to one side of the base frame in order to horizontally move the stage into the ultraviolet irradiation housing. The stage elevating unit presses the upper side of the second flat panel to the lower side of a transparent glass installed in the ultraviolet irradiation housing. The ultraviolet irradiation unit hardens ultraviolet curable solvent by irradiating ultra violet to the first flat panel and the second flat panel. |
