PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a program, a communication method and a communication system.

SOLUTION: The communication device includes: a first communication part for communicating with other communication device by electric field coupling or magnetic field coupling; a proximity detection part for detecting proximity with the other communication device and the first communication part; and a selection part for selecting different data as a transmission object in accordance with a period of time when the other communication device and the first communication part are proximately arranged if the other communication device and the first communication part are separated.
