<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a unifying verification device of four forces, that is, to provide a method and device for extractin the presence in closed energy sequence of gravity, weak force, electromagnetic force and nuclear force which are natural phenomena and respectively not in interaction, as the generation of continuous, moderate energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A method and device are provided for taking out energy by outputting energy in different four-dimensional moving spaces in which high energy resides with respect to input energy of a stator space, into the four-dimensional stator space, wherein a galaxy gear is provided for the method and device for obtaining different four-dimensional high energy in the moving space by inputting the energy using a galaxy gear group interlocked with a vega gear 36 and a first wheel and outputting and recurring the energy to the four-dimensions via a planetary gear group in order to supply input energy into a galaxy space between a carrier and an internal gear 13 of a planetary gear constituting the gear group.
