PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile and practical communication system which allows mutual notification and confirmation by voice communication with sure without affected by noise even in a high noise environment, and assures good communication state even if a plurality of mobile voice wireless apparatuses of different type and manufacturer are used simultaneously. SOLUTION: A switching hub 12 and an access point 13 are connected to a server 11. A fixed telephone 14 and a terminal 18 for broadcasting with a loudspeaker are connected to the switching hub 12. A mobile voice wireless device 16 is connected to the access point 13. A noise-proof headset 17 adaptive to full duplex communication which includes a microphone-earphone 25 of inner type to suppress noise from entering and a noise processing device 26 is connected to the mobile voice wireless device 16. The server 11 transmits the reception voice signal being different for each mobile voice wireless device 16 by adjusting in advance to the level conforming to an optimum value for each mobile voice wireless device 16 to be connected.
