<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract the contextual relation among a plurality of business flows. <P>SOLUTION: First business identification information for identifying a business activity and second business identification information for identifying another business activity, subsequent to the first business identification information are associated with first business flow information, for each of a plurality of business activities. An apparatus for managing business flow detects a piece of first business identification information that is not associated with the second business identification information among pieces of first business identification information included in the first business flow information.
