PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical-metal cable with a thin diameter, flexibility, high strength, and excellent terminal processibility, since an optical fiber cable can carry out signal transmission but not power supply, and an optical-metal complex cable is required to carry out both of them at the same time. SOLUTION: A plurality of metal strands are arranged on a concyclic outer periphery of an optical fiber core wire without gaps, and the metal strands are rotated and pressurized to crimp (compression deformation), so that the optical-metal complex cable with a thin diameter and flexibility for forming a pipe-shaped metal outer conductor is provided.
