<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier cutting device reducing crimping failures by properly cutting carriers without giving any trouble to crimping work in a terminal crimping device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The carrier cutting device includes a pair of cutting blades 21 and 22 to cut a carrier C ejected from an anvil 6 of the terminal crimping device 1 and arranged in a side of the terminal crimping device 1. The pair of cutting blades 21 and 22 are constituted so as to cut the carrier C by being mutually arranged closely, and a cutting position of the carrier C is arranged approximately on an extension of the carrier C arranged on the anvil 6.
