<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing phytase with yeast, a yeast strain expressing a heterologous phytase, and a heterologous phytase produced with the yeast. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a method for producing heterologous proteins or polypeptides having phytase activity with a yeast system; proteins having phytase activity which have increased thermostability; vectors used to produce a heterologous phytase with yeast strains; and transformed yeast strains which are transformed using the vectors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
