<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid reproducing of expired content information. <P>SOLUTION: The content information distributed from a center device 30 comprises expiration date and discrimination information for discriminating such content information as to be reproduced if the content information is not within the expiration date. A storing part 1f of an on-board unit 10 stores the content information distributed from the center device 30.
