PURPOSE: A timing control apparatus and a display device having the same are provided to prevent malfunction due to timing deviation between input/output signals of a plurality of timing controllers and reduce the number of component by sharing one memory device with a plurality of timing devices. CONSTITUTION: A timing control apparatus and a display device having the same includes a memory device(11), a multi timing controller(13), and a power supply unit(15). The memory device stores data. The multi timing controller includes timing controllers(110,120,130,140) and outputs a power control signal for controlling a output timing of an analog power. The power supply unit outputs the analog power in response to the power control signal.
