<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedclothes and a mat which cover the outside of the bedclothes and the like and formed compact with simple operation, and are easily portable. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The bedclothes have a rectangular covering cloth 12 which wraps a cushion material and is long in one direction and a filler cloth 14 which is attached to one side of the covering cloth 12 and has one end part attached along one side in a cantilever state. The filler cloth 14 includes buttons 20 and loops 18 which are attached to the opposite to each other via string bodies 16 and are both freely removable/attachable. The bedclothes include an opening part 24 formed on one side where the filler cloth 14 of the covering cloth 12 is attached and a storage bag 26 which continues to an inside of the opening part 24 and is positioned between the covering cloth 12 and the cushion material. The length of a ring formed by the filler cloth 14 and the string bodies 16 is shorter than the length of an outer periphery where the cushion material is folded up covered with the covering cloth 12.
