<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house management system having a high-safety network. <P>SOLUTION: In this apartment house management system, communication between a living room part 6 and a private part 8, and communication between the private part 8 and a common part 10 are respectively performed in different protocols.
