<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise transaction mediation system for mediating the commercial transaction of surplus components or the like, and for achieving the effective utilization of resources. <P>SOLUTION: This mediation system 1 is configured of a management server 3 and a plurality of seller/purchaser terminals 4 connected through the Internet X to the management server 3.
